CRINGE CORNER: MARVEL MISHAPS

One thing Marvel Comics did not do better than DC was bring it's characters to the small and silver screen with much success. Before the current crop of highly successful hit movies earlier attempts were pretty woeful. DC had Wonder Woman and Batman in all their camp glory and of course Superman; all bought to the screen effectively by taking a different slant and realising the nature of the material. Perhaps because the Marvel characters were more layered it was harder? who knows, but quite frankly these  attempts were absolute rubbish. I mean, they even cast David Hasselhoff as Nick Fury! They also didn't learn , as there have been more recent sub standard attempts. Sit back, my good nerd, and prepare to drop your jaw
