Sophie Pittaway walked home at 11:15pm in St Peters Street on the darker side of Islington. As she was texting on her iPhone a couple of hooded men jumped her in, what we have sanitised to call, a mugging.
Sophie, it turns out, is a former world Kickboxing Champion. Sophie had this to say about what happened next.
“I gave them a few moves, kicks and so on and chased them both off up the road”
So to recap these two low lifes who feel that it’s acceptable to assault a woman and take things that don’t belong to them; things that they can’t be bothered to work for, received a battering for their troubles.
