Of the many British bands influenced by American Rhythm and Blues the Small faces seemed to have more of a feel for It than most. The quintessential working class band, ever smart and fashion conscious in the way that only working class kids can be, a band with heart, these Eastenders: The Small Faces, excelled on this particular song. 
The Small faces were the band that Blur, Oasis, The Jam and many others would have liked to be.
