French naval officer, Aviator, Intelligence officer, Explorer,Ecologist, Film-maker, Author, Photographer and Researcher.
He co-created the aqua lung and gave me many a moment to remember on his TV programme the Undersea world of Jacque Cousteau. He was an inspirational teacher of the wonder of nature and our world way before the techniques used today were around to record the wonders under the seas of our planet.
