COMIC BOOK MOVIES MY TOP TEN-In alphabetical order
A response to Weavermans comment;
Indeed I did,before it became a Deli. In fact as a nipper I used to frequent the book / comic exchange on Upper Street by John Dorrys chippie. Ahh comics and chips
Hot properties in Hollywood, the comic book has become the latest trend; understandably so. Classic characters storyboarded in advance and tie in/merchandise friendly. Occasionally these movies about or inspired by comic books give us a quality cinematic experience. Unfortunately in the minority, but here are some that I think stand up for themselves for what they are; good movies that capture something of the comic book world. Possibly movies that may encourage the uninitiated to take a peak next time they pass the Graphic Novel section in their favourite bookshop
