The good people, and I use that term in the loosest possible way, at this bank love an arbitrary decision without notification. They like to tell you they’ve sent a letter when they haven’t, they enjoy telling you what they will and won’t allow you to do. They are passionate about keeping you waiting on the phone. They are positively ecstatic about hidden charges and they absolutely will pass the buck. Sad and Dear is what they should be called.
