Stress in the Workplace

Let's just say that my current work load
is getting a bit much at the moment! One more unneccasary and time consuming task and anything could happen.

  1. Way back in 1969 I felt like that so I just walked out and into a job that lasted for the next 33 years - mostly without stress because they got my body for certain hours a day but never my mind. But I appreciate that was way back when the social and economic climate allowed that you could walk out of one job into another....not so easy these days. My stress is more personal these days and recently somebody helped me just by letting me know they understood. I'd just like to say, ditto.
